With the latest national lockdown finally coming to an end we’re happy to welcome you back in store from 12th April for repairs, device support and click & collect services which means:

• You can have your phone/tablet repaired but we recommend booking through our website before dropping off.

• You can buy a device online or in store and have the data transferred for you but as it can take some time we would require both devices being left with us and you return after the completion.

• You can buy accessories in store or online and collect in store.

In store appointments:

1. Fill in the form below choosing ‘in store drop off’ then tap on Book Repair.
2. Drop your device in store at the allotted time (we’re open Monday to Saturday 10am - 4pm).
3. Once your repair is complete we will call or text the contact number provided to let you know your device is ready for collection.
4. Your device will be sanitised after repair and we would prefer payment by credit/debit card to reduce risk of transmission.
5. You will be emailed warranty and proof of purchase for your records.
